The Department of American Studies condemns racist violence against Asian and Asian Americans. As a department, we are committed in our fight against the racist structure of white supremacy that continues to threaten the lives of not only Asian and Asian American, but also BIPOC students and faculty in and outside of the classroom.
Our degree offerings
Undergraduate students can pursue a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, or choose from one of our many minors. Graduate Students can pursue a Doctoral Degree in American Studies or choose a variety of minors to complement any area of study.
