Department of American Studies Professor, Rasul A. Mowatt, Ph.D. featured on Interchange-The State Made Visible: On the Geographies of Threat and the Production of Violence podcast.

Professor Rasul Mowatt just finished a four-part series of episodes on his recent book, The Geographies of Threat and the Production of Violence. 

Dr. Mowatt discusses the history of the City being the axis of the power of State. The discussion touches on what State does and does not mean as well as the controlling policies and practices of the controlling hierarchy to establish and protect their own.
